Chaparral ! ! !

The chaparral is very cool in the night and very warm in the afternoon. The animals that live there are rabbits, bears, coyoties, and birds. The climate in the morning is cool, the afternoons are very warm, and at night it might be cold. The geography of the chaparral is mountain and probably flat land. The vegetation of the chaparral is grass, flowers, bushes, and trees.

Biomes ! ! !

Biomes are different kinds of parts of the world with different kinds of climate. There are 5 different kinds of biomes in the whole world. Those biomes are called polar, contential, temperate, tropic, and arid. The polar biome is where it is very cold and freezing. The contential biome is where the climate is normal and sometimes it can be hot and cold. The temperate biome is when the climate is very warm. The tropic biome is near the equator and it is also very warm like the temperate biome. And finally the arid biome is very hot because that is where the deserts are.

Prairie/Grassland ! ! !

The prairie is a grassland like the savanna exsept that the prairie and the savanna have different vegetation, climate, and animals. The animals that live in the prairie are rabbits, deer, and bugs. The climate in the prairie the climate is sort of warm and at night it is cold. The vegetation in the prairie is trees, grass, fruits, and vegetables. The geography of the prairie is flat land and cliffs.
